Hotel D'Carlo Class - Arequipa

This family-run hotel is a great place to stay, just outside the city center. You can easily walk to the historic centre and restaurants. the rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. the staff, especially the owners' daughters, are very friendly and helpful. They offer a nice breakfast and great views of the city and volcanos from the fifth floor. there are shops and a market nearby, and the hotel is off the main road, which reduces traffic noise considerably.

Some guests have mentioned that there can be some noise issues at times, but that seems to be a minor thing.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, with modern facilities and comfortable furniture. The hotel facilities, including the free WiFi and the breakfast offered on the fifth floor, were fantastic. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, made me feel very welcome. the hotel's location close to everything and the parking options made it very convenient for exploring this city!

Everything was spot on.

the staff were super friendly and always attentive to my needs. the rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. Loved having a fruit basket and water in the room upon arrival. the breakfast was delicious and included bread, eggs, and fruit. the rooftop terrace had fantastic views of the city and mountains. Also loved the fact that the hotel is within easy walking distance to the historic center of town and convenient to shops and a market.

The street noise can be a bit much at times and the windows don't provide much sound insulation. there were no English-language news channels on the TV.

Very nice staff, large rooms, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, nice roof terrace for breakfast, excellent value for price.

Nothing not to like.

Large and comfy rooms, great value for price. The staff is welcoming and amiable; they stored our luggage for free. The room had a huge bed, a well-functioning fridge, and tea/coffee-making facilities. The WiFi was excellent, and breakfast on the terrace had fantastic views. The neighbourhood was peaceful yet near the main attractions.

Some rooms were affected by traffic noise and let some light in through the glass panel. The walls were a bit thin, and we could hear our neighbours.
